Each item is handcrafted to order and made just for you, do allow 3–5 working days for it to be made before shipment. All shipping comes with tracking and all the relevant information will be sent to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

Local Shipping
Flat rate of SGD$4.00 for local delivery of both 0/0 Wine bags and Coasters.

International Shipping
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or missing order due to an incorrect address. International orders may be subjected to duties and taxes and must be settled by the recipient. We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue returns under any circumstances.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete name and/or address, please note that additional shipping fees may apply to the reshipment of your order.

Returns
Due to the handcrafted nature of our product and our made-to-order approach, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. In the event there is a defect or damaged item, or missing items in an order, please contact us at hello@tanchenstudio.com for return instructions. Kindly note Tanchen Studio has the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policies.

In the event that orders are returned without notice, Tanchen Studio has the right to reject the returns that do not comply with our return policies.
